Trinity Stocks is an independently operated personal project (not a registered company) providing financial market analytics, portfolio tracking, and research tools. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Trinity Stocks lets you track portfolios, build watchlists, set price alerts, and view market data sourced from Yahoo Finance and other third-party providers. The service is provided on a best-effort basis with no uptime or availability guarantee, and may change or be discontinued at any time.
2. Geographic scope
Trinity Stocks is a hobby project operated from, and directed at, users in the United States. We do not knowingly direct, market, or offer this service to residents of the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, and access from those regions is at the user's own initiative. If you access the service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
3. Not financial advice
Nothing on Trinity Stocks is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Market data, analytics, and simulated returns are provided for informational and educational purposes only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information from this site.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You can delete your account at any time from account settings.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping or automated abuse of the API, no attempting to access another user's data, no uploading unlawful or harmful content via the feedback form, and no interfering with the service's normal operation.
6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trinity Stocks is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, including losses related to investment decisions.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
